By accessing or using the TenserDesk helpdesk platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of TenserDesk, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Immediately notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Data & Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3.1 Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data, files, and content you upload to TenserDesk ("User Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over your material.

3.2 Data Usage

By using the Service, you grant TenserDesk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Data solely for providing and improving the Service. We will not sell or share your User Data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Terms & Subscription

4.1 Pricing & Plans

TenserDesk offers both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is available on our Pricing page. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by DodoPayments, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to DodoPayments' terms of service.

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload content that infringes any intellectual property rights.
• Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain letters.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its connected infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenserDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, any third-party conduct on the Service, or unauthorized access to your content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
